Tammy is a great agent. We were able to sell our home in just one day for above asking price. She had knowledge of the area and current market conditions. Tammy also gave us great advise on staging our home for sale. She was always very responsive to questions and guiding us through the process, which helped us close in just 30 days. We highly recommend Tammy.

Tammy was extremely helpful in the whole process of selling our house and the purchase of our new house. She held an open house the first weekend and sold it within 5 days of it being listed. She was always available for questions, contacted us on a daily basis to make sure everything was going smooth with both transaction all the way to close. Tammy was very knowledgeable with the different locations and houses we were looking into purchasing. Tammy was also very helpful on how to set up our house for showings. The best way I can describe having Tammy as your Realtor is, its like going house hunting with your best friend. She sold my impossible house to sell, and she raced with me when I found the perfect house. For a know it all like me, Tammy's knowledge of the industry is so vast, I felt like a kid in a classroom. Therefore, if Tammy isn't your Realtor, then your probably just going through the motions!
